I really don't like resolutions. I hate to even say that I'm starting something - like going back on my diet - on January 1st. I think it's great to have goals, but don't like the expectations that come with setting them to begin on the first day of the year... just seems like you're really setting yourself up for failure.
With that being said, I did have some new goals that happened to start on the 1st. I took a picture of my sneakers outside - this covers a good portion of my goals. Mainly, to lose some weight and be more active. My diet can use a bunch of help - I've eaten junk for so long and it shows in my rear end. =)
